We’re seeking an experienced Store Manager who is based in UAE.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail establishment, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and driving overall store performance.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Train staff in effective customer service techniques
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed
- Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Execute promotional activities and events to drive sales
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reorder merchandise
- Monitor and manage the store budget, expenses, and profitability
- Prepare and analyse financial reports.
- Ensure merchandise is priced accurately and promotions are effectively communicated
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store look
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sound understanding of retail management principles.
- Ability to analyse sales and financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Minimum three years experience in UAE.
- UAE valid driving license and car.
