Hiring Lighting Chain Store Manager – Dubai
Job Description:
- Overall coordination of store management, data analysis of store performance, and execution of various tasks assigned by the headquarters
- Supervise the ordering, loading, and replenishment of goods, and do a good job in incoming goods acceptance, product display, product quality, and service quality management, etc., responsible for store image, and maintain daily store cleaning
- Master the ERP system and maintain the store operation system
- Support the store’s daily affairs and daily customer relationship management to improve customer brand loyalty
- Responsible for security, fire prevention and other operational management, master the maintenance knowledge of various store equipment
- Understand the latest trends of competing products, consumers, and other retail activities
Requirement:
- More than 5 years of experience in retail management
- Proficient in the formulation and execution of various store processes, strong team management and communication and coordination skills
- Possess sales thinking and business awareness, strong sense of purpose and result orientation, positive energy, resilience, and good personnel training and training capabilities
- Possess basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- Have a certain sensitivity to data and can use Excel for data leveling
- Positive and optimistic, hard-working, responsible and able to withstand greater work intensity and work pressure
