Description:
To assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store has sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Monitor sales and revenue, making recommendations to improve store performance.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Provide regular reports to the Store Manager on store performance and staff performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
