Description:
We are looking for a sharp-minded and confident Strategy Consultants, with previous experience in the field as well as experience in the ICT sector. The candidate must add value to our team through their experience, strategic analytical skills, and passion for successful business transformation. - Travel Required
- Previous strategy/management consulting background (Big 4, Big 5, Boutique) required
- 2-10 years experience in management consulting (with focus on either or all these areas: strategy, performance, operating models, business transformation)
- Preference for people having experience in the ICT sector
- Arabic speaking not required but nice to have
- Well versed in strategy analysis, formulation and implementation
- Experience in corporate performance management, objective/KPI development, target setting, etc.
- Experience in restructuring and organization design
- Experience in setting up and running a transformation office of strategy management
- Experience in Balanced Scorecard development and KPI definition
- Well versed in business transformations and change
- Key capabilities in research and analytics
- Ability to facilitate client sessions and interact with higher management levels
- Highly capable in Microsoft powerpoint and Office suite
- Proficient Fluency in English (Arabic perferred but not required)
- Top international university graduate preferred
- Ability to Travel
- Available immediately
- Willing to accept temporary contract position (full time positions also available)
