Strategy Executive required

Location: Dubai

• Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports
• Develop presentations for senior management
• Schedule regular senior level management meetings
• Work closely with the key strategic acquisitions resources to develop accurate business cases
• Manage team capacity and individual performance, ensuring awareness of overall status, risks and key milestones for all projects each team member is supporting or leading
• Supporting the development of the overall strategy based on defined KPIs
• Work on strategic initiatives that cut across our portfolio of services and functions
• Develop strategic perspectives on new service opportunities including assessment of size, risks/benefits of opportunity
• Manage and maintain meetings, including detailed meeting and appointment scheduling, coordination of departmental meetings, cross-functional meetings and cross-divisional meetings
• Actively support organizational changes, development
• Perform analysis and work with the executive team to formulate strategies
• Develop metrics to track execution and performance
• Provide ongoing analytical support
