Description:
In this role, you will provide Strategic Project Management support to the SAP Digital - Strategy and Operations team. You will work closely with global leadership to execute strategic project management tasks, support global leadership in preparations and follow-up activities for relevant meetings and work on analyzing and reporting business performance data aligned to our Digital strategy.
Core Tasks Include
- Lead high-valued projects with executives and senior leadership to help advance organizational strategic goals and objectives, such as preparing for key meetings and conducting the necessary follow-up actions.
- Support governance of projects through ongoing oversight of project performance, communicating progress, and risks, taking early action to resolve problems, and timely escalations to global-level stakeholders.
- Play a crucial role in supporting transformation program execution from the global perspective across all Regions and Mus
- Support the creation of business cases with capacity modeling and ROI calculations to gain incremental investments for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategy formulation, long-range planning, and decision-making
- Handle multiple concurrent complex problems and provide highly creative and effective solutions to achieve high business impact
- Develop and executes executive communications, engagement, and adoption plans (e.g., business review, financial reports, and key performance management)
