Structure Site Engineer

Ghali Consultants is currently seeking a diligent Full-Time Structural Site Engineer to bring added value to our wide-ranging construction projects. This opportunity is open to candidates with a strong academic grounding in Civil/Structural Engineering, coupled with a minimum of 5 years' total professional experience. Experience within the unique construction environment of the UAE is a considerable advantage, with a preference for candidates who have spent at least 2 years working in the region.

Position: Full-Time Structural Site Engineer

Key Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

-A minimum of 5 years' total professional experience

-At least 2 years' professional experience in the UAE

Responsibilities:

-Ensure compliance of all site activities with project specifications, codes, and regulations through comprehensive inspections

-Review and approve contract submittals, including material and shop drawings, method statements, and quality control plans

-Keep a vigilant eye on construction activities, providing precise updates to management

-Document and report daily site progress in detail, making sure to record any non-conformances accurately

-Attend project meetings, offering technical support as required

-Perform additional tasks as directed by the Resident Engineer
