Description:
EdAid is looking for a Student Success Specialist to join our growing team. The EdAid Team works across the globe, including Dubai, Toronto and London, and is looking for a new team member for our team based in Dubai.
In this role, you will be our first line of support for students throughout the EdAid journey - from the point of application for a payment plan until the student's final payment.
You will work in the Student Success Team, collaborating with other teammates and colleagues to develop, maintain and improve the student experience through effective communication, empathy and understanding.
Working hours will be Mon - Fri (Night shift - 9:00pm till 6:00am)
Day-to-day, you will:
Respond to student inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
Assist students during their payment plan application process
Manage inbound questions and outbound communications to facilitate students' monthly payments
Escalate issues when needed to the regional lead
Provide support for operational projects, as needed, including data reconciliation and coordination with partner schools' student success teams
Respond to advisor queries via live chat and email
Process tickets submitted by advisors for changes to student accounts
Be an internal advocate for our students
