Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors - UAE payroll module.
· Maintenance
and ongoing support of the system, including managing updates, patches, and resolving any issues
· Liaising
with vendors and stakeholders to ensure that the system is functioning optimally
· Developing
and implementing new processes and procedures to improve system functionality and efficiency
Key Requirements:
· 4+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining SuccessFactors - UAE payroll module
· Strong
understanding of HR processes, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements in the UAE
· Experience
working with other HR systems and platforms, including SAP HCM and SAP
