We are looking for Super Yachts Operations Manager (Arabic and English) in Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose
Deliver Outstanding Husbandry and Port Call Services to leisure vessels, specifically, Super Yachts
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and Lead all Operational activities related to Yacht business.
- Set Service Tariffs and update prices on regular basis
- Set targeted profitability margins per service rendered and assure profitability per Port Call
- Establish long term relationship with strategic customers and assure proper CRM
- Manage and consolidate long term agreements with local and international marine service providers
- Review Preliminary and Final Disbursement Accounts before delivered to clients
- Build strong relationship with customs & port authorities to assure smooth operations
- Build & manage process of provisions delivery to and from Super Yachts including (bunker, F&B, spare parts)
- Hire Custom Clearance third party to assure fast release of items to be delivered to Super Yachts
- Manage the “Meet and Assist” service to Yacht Passengers in all Air ports
Qualification and Experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Super Yacht Business
- Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Logistics)
- Post Graduate Study in Supply chain/ Logistics (is a plus)
- Strong Network with Yachts Supplies Vendors
- Problem Solving and can deal with last minute requests
- Track record of Rendered services to different types of Yachts
- Acquainted with Different types of Cargo and supplies provided to Super Yachts
- regulations in the industry
- Can remotely Lead teams in various countries with different nationalities
- Has P&L Responsibility for the overall performance of the Super Yachts Vertical
