Supervisor required
Location: Dubai Festival City Mall, Family Amusement Park and Restaurant
Requirements
- Must be Dubai based and ready for face-to-face interview
- Three years’ experience in a Food and Beverage function in a restaurant or similar service oriented organization including one year in a supervisory capacity.
- Work experience in the UAE is highly desirable
Functions
- To have positive, hands on attitude to assist service and play area personnel is daily operation.
- Organization and control of service team during the shift.
- Monitor service quality and quests’ satisfaction.
- Complaints handling.
- Provide staff training and further development if required, training for specialized skills with the aim to keep well-trained, motivated, professional, high potential staff with the company.
- To assist the management team in achieving the Budget and Forecasting revenues and control costs and expenses within the Budget/Forecast.
Skills and experience
- Candidate should possess strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window, Excel, Google.
- Practical knowledge in IIKO system.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Previous experience in Family amusement Parks would be a preference.
- Good package is on offer for the right candidate.
