Supervisor

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor at Rx Coffee Apothecary and Kitchen. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for inventory management, training and development of team members, and implementing operational procedures.

• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in the food and beverage sector
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee is a plus
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Food safety and hygiene certifications are preferred
