Description:
We are hiring for Supervisor Electrical.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred for a solid technical foundation.
- Minimum of 5 Years of hands-on experience in electrical construction within the oil and gas industry is essential.
- Proficiency in electrical design and installation software, such as AutoCAD or ETAP, is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC and IEC, is critical for compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on – site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to identify and address any safety or quality concerns promptly.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance on technical issues and ensuring effective communication.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop detailed work plans and schedules, optimizing resource allocation for timely project completion.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local regulations and safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety among the workforce.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings and specifications, to ensure accuracy and completeness before execution.
- Manage the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to prevent project delays.
- Facilitate training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in electrical systems and safety practices.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular reports to management on financial performance and cost control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding electrical construction matters, maintaining strong professional relationships.
