Supplier Contract Manager

Description:

Report to Legal & Contracts Director of Middle East/UAE + Project Director and will be part of the Middle East Legal & Contracts team

Ideal Candidate should:

- Ensure Installation and Civil Works Supplier Contract Coverage

- Manage Installation and Civil Works Supplier Contract

- Lead direct contractual relationship

- Process and certify payment applications

- Manage Installation and Civil Works Supplier Claims and Disputes

- Identify, monitor and implement changes to Installation and Civil Works

- Performance Review Reporting

- Supplier Performance Management

- Identify Risks/Opportunities/Issues/Disputes

- Monitor Installation and Civil Works Supplier (cost/quality/schedule)

- Provide support to projects, bids and functions

- Have Middle East experience

- Work in multi-cultural environment

- Have UAE Driving License

- Fluent in English/Arabic, French is a +

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Law, Business or Engineering related degree.

- 8+ years experience in Contract Management, Procurement, or Quantity Surveying

- Track record of success in a similar role in relevant businesses or markets

- Procurement/Quantity Surveying/ CIPS/ RICS degree/affiliation

- Financial management / Program management
