Supply Chain Specialist

Description:

- Review placing special orders for all items with low supply and/or high demand, coordinate with management for brining unavailable.

- Identify sales performance gaps through in-depth analysis. Implement corrective actions among section and follow up with Trading Department on necessary actions to boost sales.

- Maintain healthy stock level, avoid overstock and slow-moving stock through sales analysis, correct orders, follow up with warehouse team to take the corrective actions as needed.

- Collect and consolidate daily store visits reports from coordinators to ensure display and availability of items in warehouse and floor. Recommend actions and send to concerned parties (warehouse manager, Operations,..).

- Coordinate with all departments in head office to resolve any problems that may cause delay in delivery, warehouse, fleet process . Maintain effective working relationships with warehouse and resolve conflicts in timely manner.

- Improve efficiency of warehouse process through unifying delivery date for common stakeholders, ensure delivery clients schedule is followed and conduct internal transfers between branches based on branch sales and stock level.

• Monitor attendance and performance the team and provide regular feedback to the direct manager .

• Guide and coach the team in resolving day to day problems and conducting required tasks efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 3 + years experience in a supply chain in FMCG (food) industry is a must.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of supply chain software systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Based in UAE is a must.
