ABOUT THE JOB

· Creation of gastronomic masterpieces

· Assembling exceptional dishes with tailored creative flair

· Designing captivating components for menus

· Joint responsibility for smooth kitchen operations and harmonious processes

· Conscientious implementation and consistent adherence to specified guidelines

· Procuring and ordering supplies for own station in close consultation with kitchen management

· Instruction and supervision of new team members as well as trainees through targeted training courses

· Implementation of the instructions of the head chef or the kitchen management

· Flexibility through willingness to lend a hand in various kitchen areas and provide support where needed

ABOUT YOU

· Successfully completed training as a Sushi chef or recognized degree as a sushi chef in Germany

· Sound professional knowledge and at least one year of professional experience as sushi chef

· Recisely maintained appearance, polite and friendly demeanor, along with a confident presence

· Characterized by a sense of responsibility, independence and creative potential

· Continuous review of food and supplies to ensure quality and standards

· Reliability, strong teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure and loyalty are paramount
