Swim Instructor

Description:

Super Sports is looking for experienced, dynamic swim coaches who enjoy teaching all ages and abilities from 3 year olds through to adults to join our fast-growing Swimming Academy.

As a swimming coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering swimming lessons for adults and children of all levels and abilities. You will also be expected to provide feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills and confidence in the water.

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

• A valid swimming coach certification from a recognized organization.
• At least 2 years of experience as a swimming coach in the United Arab Emirates.
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED course.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A friendly, professional and customer-oriented attitude.
• A flexible schedule and availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Great with children of all ages.
• Must be able to work independently and organise their own schedule and lesson plans.
• Driver's license and own transport essential.
