Female Swim Instructor 

Are you passionate about swimming and love teaching others? We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Female Swim Instructor to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

- Provide swim instruction to individuals and small groups, ensuring safety and skill development.

- Develop lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.

- Monitor and maintain a safe and positive environment in and around the pool.

- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and offer feedback to improve performance.

- Build strong relationships with students, fostering their confidence and encouraging progress.

Requirements & Qualifications: 

* Certified Swim Instructor (e.g., ASCA, Swin England, Bachelors of Education PE or equivalent).

* Strong swimming skills and experience in teaching swimming to various age groups.

* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students of all ages.

* CPR and First Aid certification required.

* Positive attitude and passion for teaching.

- Previous experience working with children, youth, and adults in swim lessons or aquatic programs.

- Ability to teach various swim techniques, from basic strokes to competitive swimming.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
