System Engineer

Description:

We are looking for System Engineer for Abu Dhabi location.

• Candidate should have relevant experience in Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking incidents and request on client’s machine.
• Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
• Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems
• Experience on VMWare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
