About the Client:
A Dubai based standalone café restaurant, with multiple branches in UAE and KSA
Job Description:
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions for UAE and KSA region on a regular basis
- Conduct initial/ technical screening interviews of potential candidates via phone or in person as necessary for the role needed then qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates, arrangement of schedule for onboarding or trials and coordinate to build effective working relationships with placement agencies based in UAE, KSA, and various countries for recruitment purposes
- Develop recruitment plans based on staffing needs and select the most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates then also suggest improvements to the recruitment lifecycle in order to ensure efficiency in sourcing candidates.
- Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, as well as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set company policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment for UAE and KSA in the Hospitality / F&B industry
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
