Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to developing overall recruiting plans and responsible for developing long-term requirements.
2. Develop job descriptions and candidate specifications and review the same as per company policies.
3. Identify suitable candidates through online job portals and liaising with recruitment agencies for the same.
4. Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates after conducting thorough interviews to assess the candidate's technical and personal skills.
5. Coordinate with selected candidates to complete pre-employment medical.
6. Liaise with the compensation department to finalize on salary budgets, negotiate with candidates and issue offer letters.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the travel & logistics arrangements are in order.
8. Undertake and oversee day to day employee administration which includes maintaining HR records and personal employee files in a systematic order.
Candidate Requirements:
• A degree in Human Resources or business
• Minimum of 6 years in HR within the oil & gas industry
• Must be familiar in Recruitment, Employee relations & Administration
• Strong working knowledge in SAP HCM
• Excellent English skills
