This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Experience in employer branding and building strong relationships with internal clients and external candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a must
