Hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 8-12 years of experience (Combination of Home Country and UAE)
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. They work closely with hiring managers and other members of the HR team to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the minimum qualifications for the position
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit with the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Facilitate candidate feedback and decision-making processes
- Negotiate job offers and close the hiring process with selected candidates
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
