Urgently required Talent Acquisition Specialist
Urgently required a Talent Acquisition Specialist with good experience in Manufacturing – Fabrication, Oil & Gas industry responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. Someone who has experience in HR operations would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc..
- Screen resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the minimum requirement for the position.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit with the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
- Facilitate candidate feedback and decision-making processes.
- Negotiate job offers and close the hiring process with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Prove experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
