Urgently required Talent Acquisition Specialist

Urgently required a Talent Acquisition Specialist with good experience in Manufacturing – Fabrication, Oil & Gas industry responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. Someone who has experience in HR operations would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc..
  • Screen resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the minimum requirement for the position.
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit with the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
  • Facilitate candidate feedback and decision-making processes.
  • Negotiate job offers and close the hiring process with selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Prove experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
