Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Recruitment, Head Hunting
- Create and draft the contract agreement according to a business need.
- Client relationship at a routine level.
- Sales presentations and handling first-level troubleshooting.
- Social media presence.
- Costing and quotation proposal.
- Search applications and CVs according to client needs.
- Coordinating with the client and candidate for the interview and employment process
- Coordinate with finance for the invoice process and issue it to the client.
- Follow up with the client for the current project, upcoming project, and pending payment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of similar work experience, preferably in a recruitment and manpower company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client relationship and negotiation skills.
- With sales, business development, account management, and recruitment skills.
- Additional digital marketing skills is preferable.
- Can do a multi-task role.

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
