Description:

The focus is to head hunt Sales Professionals from the Real Estate Industry through your connections network and work on professionally active sourcing channels. Your role will involve active candidate engagement, interview coordination, and collaborating with various stakeholders to secure the best talent for the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct talent hunts through various platforms and source resourceful candidates to bring quality in hiring.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability for the position.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with necessary information about the company, job roles, and interview processes.
  • Manage candidate expectations and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Conduct reference checks and employment verification as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill metrics, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure the hiring requirements are met within the given timeline.

 

Qualifications:

 

Recruitment in Real Estate industry preferred.

  • Proven work experience as a Head-hunter or an Executive Recruiter
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
