Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should be having experience in sourcing profiles with Microsoft Technologies for 1 - 3 years.

Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.

Hands-on experience with various interview formats(e.g. phone, Skype/Zoom).

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. job portal, social media recruiting and Boolean search).

Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred Profile:

Have experience of recruitment portals.

Can work independently as well as in team.

Preference - IT Industry experience.
