Description:
As a Recruiter specializing in talent acquisition, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company’s success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute plans to bring in qualified candidates across various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., online sourcing, networking, referrals, headhunting) to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate the decision-making process and negotiate job offers with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in Services sector.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
