Million Homes Real Estate is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team. They will be responsible for a full recruitment cycle to ensure comprehensive manpower support to the business including connecting with potential candidates online and offline, active and non-active, headhunt, screening applications, interviewing, and supporting hiring managers with their hiring needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create job descriptions, interview questions and assessment tools that reflect the requirements for each position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Following 360 recruitment cycle preferably in Real Estate Agents
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including the media, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Maintain a recruitment tracker and an organized database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Minimum 1 year of experience in 360 recruitment cycle preferably in real estate using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Bayt, Gulf Talent, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Passionate learner and ambitious to advance professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documenting processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
- Must have driving License.
