Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Recruiter with a minimum of two years of experience to join our team at Azco Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry or a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support our continued growth and success in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, providing them with detailed candidate assessments and recommendations.
Job Posting & Marketing:
Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate platforms to reach the target audience.
Promote Azco Real Estate as an employer of choice, leveraging employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication to keep them informed of their status.
Onboarding:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure new employees are set up for success from day one.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to ensure competitive hiring practices.
Develop a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market to identify and attract the best talent in the industry.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
