Description:
We are hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support Recruitment team to find out suitable talent for the company within time frame.
- Should have experience for Sourcing CVS, Screening candidates on initial interviews, arrangements of interviews with hiring managers .
- Should have experience to work on indeed / Naukri Gulf / LinkedIn or any other portals related to recruitment.
- Having experience to handle recruitment for both White collar and blue collar.
- Having experience working with Construction / Heavy Machinery / Real Estate or with Facility Management is requirement for this position.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience to work within HR department for Recruitment in UAE with any Construction company / Heavy Machinery / Real Estate or Facility Management company.
- Bachelors Degree preferred for this position .
- Good Communication skills
