We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker with exceptional proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE with a strong understanding of the local market.
• Proven expertise in managing the 360-degree recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and headhunting.
• Experience handling Emiratization positions is a must.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
• Hands-on experience managing the recruitment aspect of HR.
