Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree holder; ideally in Psychology or Business Administration, MBA degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in talent and performance management and policy making
- Possess expert level in succession planning, employee performance management, setting KPI
- Career development, learning and development, talent planning
- Has direct experience in preparing management report and presentation
- Skilled in performing learning needs analysis
- Competent in writing, reviewing, and amending various HR policies and procedures
- Possess high level of strategic and critical thinking
- Must have his own car and valid driving license and willing to travel in different Emirates/Branches
- Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi for 6 days a week (Sunday off only)
