Minimum Qualifications:

• TEFL I status - Cambridge CELTA or Trinity Cert.TESOL
• (QTS/PGCE/TEFL qualifications may be accepted, but aren’t considered TEFLI status)
• TEFL Q - DipTESOL or Delta

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience teaching English as a foreign language.
• Experience teaching adults; experience with U18 students is desirable.
• Ability to teach all levels of English.
• Experience with various course types (desirable) such as EAP, ESP, Business, IELTS, Cambridge Exams, Trinity exams, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and open to constructive feedback.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Willingness to contribute and collaborate.
• Experience using interactive classroom technology.
• Inclusive teaching approach, considering equality, diversity, and cultural awareness

Responsibilities:

Deliver a range of EFL courses for various age groups, create a safe learning environment, and provide feedback on students' work.

Plan and prepare lessons, cooperate with colleagues on course preparation, and support less-experienced teachers.

Attend staff meetings, participate in teacher-development seminars, and engage in observations for CELTA trainees and clients..

Monitor student progress through review tests, adapting them as needed, and ensure students receive designated tutorial time.

Support, assess, and provide feedback on students' progress, offering references when necessary.
