Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of travel consultants.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback and support.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales metrics.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the tourism industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in ticketing, hotel reservations, air tickets, tour packages both inbound and outbound travel.
- Proficiency in international visa processing.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English & Hindi ; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
