Team Leader

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader who will be responsible for managing a team of customer support executives (Telesales) and supporting them in the day-to-day activities to ensure the SLA’s are met without escalations or errors. The Team Leader will also be responsible for managing campaigns to onboard new customers for the client website.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Setting up dialer (CRM) software for the team to work on
  • Training new joiners
  • Quality Analysis
  • Should be willing to make calls to VIP users for regular feedback, upselling and signups of new products and to retain a customer.

 

-Team management

 

  • Handling escalations effectively
  • Daily Reporting of numbers
  • Preparing and managing incentive plan for the team

 

- Assisting in hiring

 

Qualifications & eligibility:

 

  • Any Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Excellent communication skills English and Hindi
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of Team Management - outbound and inbound voice process
  • Good knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.)
  • Exposure to CRM and other calling tools
  • Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective interdepartmental teamwork
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts
