Description:
CARPET, SOFA & CURTAINS (SF) TEAM LEADER/TECHNICIANS REQUIRED
- Identify the fabrics and accordingly provide the cleaning task
- Ensures soft furnishing cleaning and sanitization work is completed safely, effectively, and promptly.
- Ability to use different types of soft furnishing cleaning machines and equipment.
- Assists team members with any issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
- Assess customer premises to plan work assignments and discuss customers' expectations/ preferences.
- Identify the fabrics and accordingly advise on the suitable cleaning method.
- Ability to use different types of soft furnishing cleaning machines and equipment.
- Collaborates with team members to discuss upcoming work assignments; delegates assignments based on team members' skills and experience.
- Ensures cleaning work is completed safely, effectively, and promptly.
- Assists team members with any issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
- Inspects work performed by team members.
- Tracks and logs workers' time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.
- Works with the supervisor to coordinate topics for safety meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Informing homeowners of any accidents that may occur during cleaning.
- Follow company policies and procedure guidelines for service fulfillment.
- Ensure payment collection post-job completion and report submission for the record.
- Pitch for upsell of other services and work to meet sales targets assigned.
- Making sure the machines and equipment are properly maintained.
- Gather customer feedback for any improvement and address concerns, if any raised
