Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in Oracle ERP Implementation and Development, with about 5 to 10 years of total experience.
- Proficiency in developing new modules, enhancements, and customizations using Oracle Integration Cloud technologies such as ICS, VBCS, and PCS.
- Solid understanding of Oracle CX technologies, including OTBI, BI Reports, and ATP database.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- In-depth experience in Full Life Cycle Implementations and Post Implementation Support for Oracle Applications.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and PCS.
- Experience with Oracle CX platform.
Principal Responsibilities
- Develop new modules, enhancements, and customizations using Oracle Integration Cloud services, including ICS, VBCS, and PCS, along with OTBI, BI Reports, and ATP database.
- Analyze integration patterns and design integration roadmap and solution.
- Simplify enterprise-wide IT portfolio design, mapping business requirements to technical solutions.
- Translate client requirements into technical design and implementation plans for complex, scalable, and robust solutions.
- Prepare technical documents following OUM Methodology and CMMI ML 3 practices.
- Ensure architecture design aligns with SAAS & PAAS architecture principles.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, and resolve user issues.
- Support deployments in SIT, UAT, and PROD environments.
- Provide support to users for standard and custom modules.
- Secondary Functional Skills: Good to have skills in Oracle CX platform.
