Join a major developer in partnership with a PIF joint venture as a Technical & Coordination Manager, contributing to one of the region’s most ambitious greenfield projects in KAEC.

About the Project:

• Spanning 2 million square meters of land.
• Developing state-of-the-art facilities for advanced manufacturing and logistics.
• Engaging directly with clients while managing the design, build, and operation stages.
• Leading and coordinating the design team from consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, conceptualize ideas, and refine plans until approval.
• Perform due diligence on design firms and oversee their work.
• Assist in procurement by assessing contractor offers, ensuring compliance, and validating cost-saving proposals.
• Validate any changes or new requirements during execution in alignment with client and project goals.
• Drive cost-effective, built-to-suit solutions with a focus on creativity and innovation.

Preferred Background:

• Experience working with developers or contractors, particularly in design-build projects.
• Strong eye for creativity, cost-effectiveness, and client-centric design solutions.
• Expertise or experience in the automotive or industrial sector is a strong advantage.
