Description:
Seeking a driven and motivated engineer to join our sales team, with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives and focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Identify, develop and execute new business opportunities for the company’s products and solutions in UAE and GCC countries.
- Communicate and solicit new sales opportunities from existing Customers.
- Participate in the entire sales process – lead generation, initial discovery till lead closure. Work with partners in the region to propose end-to-end turnkey solutions.
- Work with internal teams and the customer to scope out the POC work, program manage and ensure timely delivery.
- Make presentations to customers on customer's offerings and provide demos, as required, to the customers and partners.
- Customer Account Management.
- Co-ordinate with rest of the organization in different Geos to deliver to commitments to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Onsite visits to existing customers as needed.
- Respond to RFQ’s, manage and organize quotes and Generate Costing.
- Organize and maintain data and provide monthly sales report; Maintain forecasting updates as on date and publish to internal leadership as required.
- Meet KPIs related to Prospecting, Engagement, Quotations and Bookings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Be the brand ambassador of customer in the region, participate in exhibitions, trade show
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 10 Years Sales Experience (Combination of Inside and Outside Preferred).
- Should have experience in selling AI/ Datacenter/ Semiconductor Solutions.
- Should have experience in working for Government / Defense projects.
- Ability to travel as needed and ability to work at Tradeshow Exhibitions & Conferences.
- Proven track record in sales closures for complex technical products and solutions.
- Good presentation skills and must be able to communicate technological solutions and product knowledge not only to technical but to business users as well.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Arabic.
- Nice to have experience selling into defense industry.
