Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Meet established sales budget goals, including revenue, profit, and expense targets
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management
- Provide weekly updates of individual sales forecasts to the Sales Director
- Conduct thorough site assessments to ensure that our products and solutions align with the client’s requirements and environment
- Work closely with the technical team to align product specifications, provide feedback from the field, and ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
- Previous experience in Audio-Visual industry with 5+ years of experience in technical sales management
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, exceptional negotiation skills, and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks
- Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Exceptional selling skills; able to manage the people side of the business, effectively use internal/external resources and accomplish assigned targets
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM platform Salesforce is a plus
- Fluency in English
