We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support and Admin Assistant Intern. This internship position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both technical support and administrative tasks within a dynamic and growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer systems, including software installations and updates.
- Respond to user inquiries and requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Support the team in organizing and executing various administrative projects.
- Collaborate with other team members to contribute to the overall success of the department.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated.
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of computer systems and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
