Description:
We are hiring an L2/L3 Technical Support Engineer specializing in Microsoft technologies to provide onsite and field support. If you have expertise in Windows Servers, Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune, and related technologies, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 & Intune:
⁃ Perform migrations for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
⁃ Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint compliance and security.
⁃ Train clients on Microsoft 365 tools for effective usage.
Windows Server Administration:
⁃ Install, configure, and manage Windows Server 2016 and newer.
⁃ Handle Active Directory, domain controller upgrades/migrations, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
⁃ Troubleshooting Server Performance issues
⁃ Perform server patching
⁃ New / Physical Server hardware Configuration / Troubleshooting.
Endpoint and Network Support:
⁃ Troubleshoot desktops (Windows 8-11 and macOS), printers, and performance issues.
⁃ Configure firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWall), VPNs, and web filtering policies.
Security & Backup Management:
⁃ Maintain endpoint security with tools like Microsoft Defender and SentinelOne.
⁃ Monitor and fix backups using Veeam and Acronis.
Cloud & Virtualization:
⁃ Deploy and manage virtual machines in Microsoft Azure.
⁃ Install and configure VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Requirements
⁃ Experience: 6+ years in technical support, preferably with an IT Services / Managed Services provider.
⁃ Skills: Expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
⁃ Certifications: Microsoft certifications are a plus.
⁃ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
⁃ Driving License: Preferred
