Hiring Technical Support Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
- Min 2-3 Years Exp
- Microsoft Certification
- UAE driving License is Preferable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.
- Strong team management skills, Client communication and managing escalations.
- Ability to perform multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanners, etc.
- Provide technical solutions and investigated alternative methods for solving problem.
- POC of a new software/application as per business requirement.
- Manage the day to day workflow of tickets, emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for efficient and effective office operations.
- Manage major or critical incidents and followed-up till closure.
- Assist team members in finding a suitable solution to resolve user issues.
- Assessment of all end user systems and recommendation of upgradation or replacement.
- Maintaining all the IT Asset records.
- Candidates having valid UAE driving license is preferred
