Hiring Technical Support Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:

  • Min 2-3 Years Exp
  • Microsoft Certification
  • UAE driving License is Preferable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.
  • Strong team management skills, Client communication and managing escalations.
  • Ability to perform multi-task.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanners, etc.
  • Provide technical solutions and investigated alternative methods for solving problem.
  • POC of a new software/application as per business requirement.
  • Manage the day to day workflow of tickets, emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for efficient and effective office operations.
  • Manage major or critical incidents and followed-up till closure.
  • Assist team members in finding a suitable solution to resolve user issues.
  • Assessment of all end user systems and recommendation of upgradation or replacement.
  • Maintaining all the IT Asset records.
  • Candidates having valid UAE driving license is preferred
