Description:
We are seeking experienced Tele sales Executive with a proven track record in tele-sales, particularly in the Higher Education Filed or Education industry. The ideal candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic, proficiency in Hindi or Urdu. Is a plus the role primarily focuses on convincing and onboarding clients for our university programs, promoting new offers, providing clear process explanations, and offering continuous support to our Students & Parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive information about our University Programs.
- Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate and pitch new offers, promotions, and packages to potential clients.
- Process Explanation: Clearly elucidate the registration, payment, and usage process to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Client Support: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain Records: Document all client interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated with the latest features, offers, and changes in Higher Education to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and Admission teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and retention.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 Years of experience in tele sales, call center or telemarketing, preferably in the University or online Education sector.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Arabic, and Marathi is essential. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all specified languages.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
- Customer-centric: A passion for understanding customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing scenarios and business requirements.
