We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SME Banking and a proven track record in tele sales. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their banking needs, and offering tailored financial solutions to help them grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective SME clients to introduce our banking services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and needs analysis.
- Present and explain banking products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients and address their queries.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

Qualifications
- Min. 1 Year quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
