Tele Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SME Banking and a proven track record in tele sales. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their banking needs, and offering tailored financial solutions to help them grow their businesses.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective SME clients to introduce our banking services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and needs analysis.
  • Present and explain banking products and services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients and address their queries.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

 

Qualifications

  • Min. 1 Year quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
