Description:
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Call Center Sector.
- Setting sales goals and targets: The Teles Sales Marketing Manager works with senior management to establish sales targets and goals for the company. They develop strategies to achieve these targets and communicate them to the sales team.
- Managing the sales team: Teles Sales Marketing Manager oversees the sales team and ensures that they are meeting their targets. They provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to help them achieve their goals.
- Developing sales strategies: Teles Sales Marketing Manager works with the marketing team to develop sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. They analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Building relationships with customers: Teles Sales Marketing Manager maintains relationships with key customers and works to ensure customer satisfaction. They may also be involved inegotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Analyzing sales data: Teles Sales Marketing Manager analyzes sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. They use this information to make data-driven decisions about sales strategies and tactics.
- Reporting to senior management: Teles Sales Marketing Manager provides regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data.

Requirement
- Minimum 3 Years’ B2C sales experience,
- English, Hindi and Urdu Speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
- Pro-active, self-motivated, loves challenges
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation, communication skills and interpersonal skills, sales and closing skills, excellent relationship and rapport building skills.
- Well Managed Sales Process Control, including weekly report, client maintenance.
- Excellent time management and execution skills, ability to perform in an environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of sales success
- Able to demonstrate initiative in satisfying complex customer needs.
- Demonstrated success in a B2C environment by hitting sales objectives and build a solid future pipeline of sales success..
- MS Office, excel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
