Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet performance targets and drive results.
• Share valuable feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in Du, Etisalat, or Credit Card industry (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
