Telecom Ai Senior Researcher

Description:

Responsibilities:

- Spearhead research in distributed machine learning, large language models, wireless communication, and semantic communications.

- Plan and execute research projects to meet objectives.

- Implement research findings into proof of concept for technology transfers.

- Contribute to smart vehicle communication platform development for intelligent Transport Systems.

- Collaborate with global partners to achieve center goals.

- Publish research papers in top journals and conferences.

Qualifications:

- PhD/Master's degree in machine learning, LLMs, C-V2X, Intelligent Transport Systems, or related fields.

- Strong knowledge of communication theory, systems, and protocols with a solid mathematical background.

- Advanced research skills in distributed, federated, or reinforcement learning, and generative AI applicable to wireless communication and/or ITS.

- Proven track record in testbed implementation and proof of concepts.

- Experience in solving wireless communication problems with machine learning or designing AI for wireless edge applications.

- Expertise in developing advanced AI applications or large language models.

- Exposure to AI or telecom platforms like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Matlab, OMNet++, Open AirInterface, CARLA, SUMO, or similar, with proficient programming skills.

- Industry experience in machine learning or telecommunications is advantageous.
