Key Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
2. Understanding of network protocols, routers, switches and firewalls.
3. Experience in server management, including setup and maintenance.
4. Knowledge of storage systems and database technologies.
5. Experience in network security and information security, including firewalls, VPN, and anti-virus.
6. Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex problems.
7. Ability to keep up with technological changes and continuously update skills and knowledge.
8. Ability to work within a team and collaborate with different teams to achieve project goals.
9. Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
10. Apply security measures and protect data from cyber-attacks.
11. Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
12. Monitor system performance and analyze data to ensure stability and efficiency.
13. Enhance system performance and resolve issues.
14. Execute the tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
